Most M&A advisers rely on external IT consultants for shallow technical review. HaoHao has an in-house senior development team that can access the target’s codebase and review code quality, architecture, security and technical debt line by line. We look beyond “IT assets” on the balance sheet to real capability in the repo. This depth surfaces hidden risks—e.g. over-reliance on a single stack, undocumented core modules or material security gaps.

Doni AI is an enterprise RAG knowledge base that turns internal documents into searchable, conversational assets and improves efficiency and client service. MCU video runs on FreeSWITCH with strong encryption and is suited to regulated sectors (finance, healthcare). MyCard is a digital communications platform for contacts, CRM and communication history. Deploying all three typically improves operations and digitisation within 3–6 months.

We use a multi-dimensional framework: financial (ARR, MRR growth, churn, LTV/CAC); technical (scalability, microservices, cloud cost); and commercial (client concentration, penetration, renewal terms). This “financial + technical + commercial” view gives a clearer picture of growth and risk.
