Common questions about MyCard.

Log in, go to [My Cards], select the card to edit, then [Settings]. Choose the [language] for the field order (e.g. Traditional). Next to the language, select [Customise field order]. On the listed fields, select the field to move, hold the left mouse button (or long-press on mobile) and drag up or down. Click [Save] when done.

Yes. In [My Cards] select the card, click [Settings], choose the [language] (e.g. Traditional), then [Edit card content]. Enter the field title (e.g. Home address) and the content below. Click [Save] when done.

Check that the card ID is correct (the number below the QR Code). If it still won’t activate, send the system message and your account to service@zeyuud.com and we’ll assist.

Confirm NFC is enabled on the phone; try another phone if possible. If it still fails, email your account and card number to service@zeyuud.com and we’ll follow up.
