LINE AI Customer Service

Doni AI integrates with LINE Official Account to provide 24/7 AI customer service for B2C e-commerce. LLM-driven multi-turn dialogue lets customers check order status, returns, shipping and payment in LINE—reducing call-centre load so your team focuses on higher-value service.

    Multi-turn dialogue — Doni keeps context and asks clarifying questions. For “I want to return,” it distinguishes damage vs. dissatisfaction and guides the full return flow. Keyword longest-match plus LLM fallback accurately recognises order lookup, returns, cancellation, payment and shipping intent.

    Live order lookup & RAG — LINE User ID identifies the customer; order and shipping status are queried without human intervention. Policy content (returns, shipping, payment) is served from a RAG knowledge base (PGVector) and can be updated without retraining.

    Stock alerts & admin — When a customer asks about out-of-stock items, Doni offers “Notify when in stock?” and registers the request. Admins send LINE notifications (single or batch) from the web backend. All sends are logged (operator, time, content, status). Admin UI supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English and Japanese.

    Security & caching — Firebase Relay means the AI server only needs outbound connectivity to receive LINE messages—no inbound ports or firewall changes. Support data is isolated from internal systems. Policy replies use exact-match cache to cut GPU cost; cache can expire by category or be cleared so content stays in sync.
